Youropa is a game in development by frecle, the creator of the lightmapping tool gile[s]. It looks like it employs quite a bit of nifty lighting effects and cosidering the quality of gile[s], it should be very interesting. Apparently it has been in development for quite a while, and in 2007 it was awarded 300.000 [...]
